Duac Gel, what to wash face with?

What do you guys wash your face with before applying DUAC?





Ive been using neutragena acne face wash.





Ive been breaking out worse than I was on proactive...but its only the first week...do you think its the face wash , or should I give it more time?

I can so relate to your problem. I used to have crazy acne along with sensitive skin. I tried evrything from Neutrogena, Clearasil, P-Active, Retin-A and a host of other things. Finally a dermatologist suggested I go to www.bynouveau.com/5383. I like the whole glycolic system, but the facewash works magic.

I just use soap and water to wash my face beforehand. I wouldn't suggest using a medicated product BEFORE the duac, that's bad.





Be sure to use a moisturizer too when on that stuff.


I usually use Neutrogena oil free spf 15 when I wake up in the morning (duac at night). It's a good balance, and what my dermatologist recommended.





The problem with that stuff is it can dry out your skin too much. You can afford to skip a day once in a while =)
