Face forward?
Wash your face with OXY. It really keeps your skin clean. For normal, it would just completely dry out your face. But for oily, this thing is a life saver. I have normal skin, but on hot summer days when I do get oily, this thing washes my face clean. (This can be found at Walgreen's for around 5 bucks, a little less, a little more. I don't remember exactly.)
and...
Toner. Use it after you wash your face. It'll tighten your pores and remove oil, for the time being...

Carry in your purse a packet of blotting sheets. These compact, and colorless sheets suck up oil throughout the day. These are a natural girl's favorite. (Can be found at drugstores and department stores. For customer reviews on blotting sheets and everything else, go to www.epinions.com)
or...
Carry a pressed powder compact. The powder will absorb oil and tone down a little redness. Like blotting sheets, it will give a matte finish. Careful though, it'll look chalky if you put too much on look caked on in hot humid weather.
I hope I have helped!
Reply:Clean and Clear has these oil remover pads taht are in a a very thin pack that you can carry with you throughout the day. They get rid of oil very well. There is also this brand, Oxy, that has cleanig pads, but they are in a box type thing, but they are great to keep in your gym locker or school locker. They works, but they do make your face feel kind of sticky. I'd go withthe Clean and Clear pads, but the Oxy also works.
Reply:Clear and clear makes these little blue oil blotting wipes that soak up the oil on your skin. You can also use a liquid toner a couples times a day.
Reply:You CAN'T get rid of oily skin. You're stuck with it, it's in your genes. Sorry!
However, you can try the Proactive system, or a three step acne system by L'oreal or Clean and Clear. They have those at the drugstore.
Also try good blotting papers, from the Body Shop, Sally Beauty (Palladio makes good ones) because they have a bit of powder on their sheets, and it really takes away the oil.
Wash your face with a good acne wash. Neutrogena, Aveeno, Clean and Clear, Noxema has lots. Wear a mattifying (it takes away the shine and absorbs the oil, yet still moisterises) moisteriser. Garnier Pure is a good one.
You could also use a blotting powder. MAC has one.
