i have a healthy, slim body but for some reason my cheeks are chubby. ive tried different exercises and diets but it only makes my body thinner, not my face. any suggestions of how to slim my face??? preferably not with use of medication or surgery.
Exercise for your face??
Well I LOVELOVELOVELOVE my chubby cheeks so much because if you have bony,skinny face is will most likely make you look old and tired sometimes.You can do some face exercises,but it will only stop wrinkles,just learn to love them(I did)

Reply:Could be that you might have lymphatic drainage problem. There are massage therapists who specializes in facials (It's a bit painful lol) and it really does work...that is if you find someone who really know what they are doing.
Also if you have an access to an anatomy book, study the direction of the lymphatic flow and you can do the massage yourself. I sometimes do that when I wake up with puffy face after eating something late at night...
another thing is that you want to make sure not to wear tight necked shirt as that could block the lymph flow...
Reply:This may seem like a daft idea but gum was originally created to exercise your jaw, maybe it'll exercise your cheeks too? Chewing gum for an hour burns 20 calories (read that on a Snapple cap).
