Half my face is gone!!!?

i was riding down a steep hill on my skateboard at mach1 speed then my board flew out from under me and i grinded my face for about 50 feet now the right side of my face is grinded away and i dont have a ride to the hospitol or anythin wat do i do?

Reply:hi, best thing to do, is to call the ambulance and explain that you have no way of getting there and you are very worried, and thing you should be at the hospital. They will advise you accordingly. Hope you sort it out, and dont worry, a friend of mine did the same thing when he was 12, half his face was a scab.. but he didnt pick it, and now has no scarring, so dont worry.
