Skin Conditions on the face?

Here is the deal:

I work up on morning, and my face felt really dry. So I put some mositure stuff on it, didn't make any difference. So through out the day I noticed it felt like little bumps on my face, but you could only feel them, not see them.

So then the next day, I noticed that my face was red all over where the bumps were. I called the local hospital line, and they didn't really help. So I went and bought some allergy med., dove soap, and some cream to reduce the redness.

I am wondering what this is, as getting a doctor is hard around here, and getting to see a dermatoligist is very hard as well.

Any help would be great!

Skin Conditions on the face?
It could be atopic dermatitis or contact dermatitis. For diagnosing atopic dermatitis, you may be able to find the cause by having a skin-prick test which tests a number of common causes of eczema by looking at the skins reaction. For contact you need to look at your daily routine and chemicals that you come into contact with often.
