"Face Characters" at Walt Disney World?

So, I have no problem getting in pics with the characters that are 'fuzzy' and in suits, but I have never gotten in a pic with a face character because I'm the shy girl, and I wouldn't know what to say to them, and I feel too old.


But, I really want a pic with peter pan and perhaps a few princesses.


Any adults ever go to Ariel's grotto to get a pic with ariel?

I am 19 and love going up to any and all characters to get pictures with them. That's their job to "cater" to you, besides they see thousands of people daily and unless you do anything extraordinary they won't remember you.


I used to work for Disney and was friends with quite a few characters and they used to tell me that even though they enjoy the kids, having an adult come up to them (with no kids) was so much better because it was a change.


Just go up and have fun, and don't worry it'll be over before you know it. Good Luck!

Reply:My best friend and I actually got up at 8 am on a Disney Cruise to go to meet all the Princesses at a Princess Party. We were 16 and we were the only people there over 3 feet tall. Just go up to them. They see so many people every day, they'll never remember you or talk badly about you.
Reply:My favorite character at Disneyland is Pooh Bear,Tigger,and I would say Jasmine if she would have been there when we went to Disneyland but she wasn't there.

Reply:OH YEA!!! I LOVE to have my pic taken with ANY characters! I am 44 and my sister is 60 and we go every year, and every year we do pics!! No need to feel shy. You really don't have to say anything, if you choose not to. just smile for the pic. :-)
