Face exfoiliants...home made??

i saw in a magazine that if you mix 1/3 cup of brown sugar with 3 tbls. of milk it is suppose to make a really good face excoiliant and apparently gets clear skin right away, i might try it


but do you guys have any other ideas for home made ones?


or any good tips

Face exfoiliants...home made??
All Natural Exfoliating Cream





1 tbs barley powder


1/2 lime juice


1 tbs honey





Mix 1tbs barley powder with 1/2 tsp lime juice. Mix well and add 1 tbs honey. Mix until creamy. Apply to face and neck for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.











Take 2 tbs cornmeal mixed with enough water to make a thick paste. Apply to face and wash off.








Add a tsp epsom salt to a quarter cup warm water, and rub your skin with the mixture to dislodge blackheads, open pores and freshen skin








Homemade Exfoliating facial and body scrub





2 tbs oatmeal


2 tbs cornmeal


2 tbs wheat germ





Mix together ingredients and store in an air tight container. To Use: combine a tsp or two of water or cleanser to make a paste. Massage gently and rinse well.








Facial Honey Cleansing scrub





Mix 1 tbs of honey with 2 tbs finely ground almonds and 1.2 tsp lemon juice. Rub gently onto face, and rinse with warm water.








Summer Mask





1/2 cup strawberries


2 tbs plain yogurt


1 tbs cornstarch


1 tsp honey


1/8 tsp essential oil of lavender (optional)





Mix ingredients in blender until well blended...apply to face and neck for 20 minutes. Rinse.








Pepto Bismol facial (sensitive skin)





Apply with soft cotton ball directly from bottle. it will sooth your skin. Let dry n rinse.
Reply:mix salt with lotion and liquid hand soap.
Reply:Oatmeal with honey to make a paste. Put it on and let dry then rinse with warm water.


Or try Egg whites-put on and dry then rinse


And mix together Sugar, egg whites and honey, same process.
