Face of Jesus?

Why do people see the face of Jesus in just about everything from fried egss to formation of stars in the universe

Face of Jesus?
Because people see what they want to see. Whose to say

what Jesus looked like, he's a two thousand year old Dead guy for cryin out loud.
Reply:I alsmot went through with a plan to make one of those fake images of Jesus burned onto a piece of food. I learned how to do it and expected to make some money off of some poor Jesus Freak, but I decided that it wasn't worth my time.
Reply:miracles happened when lives are changed from bad to good not those blurred images.
Reply:I dont know...its just a craze I think....though there is a tree in Malta that has the form of Jesus on a crucifx that everyone was showing me and it really did look like that.
Reply:Because these are people looking for a sign. So many people are not content merely to believe....they have to see something tangible. But Jesus, speaking to Thomas said "you see and believe, but blessed are they who do not see, and yet believe". It should be enough, for a mature Christian, to take God at His word.
Reply:People Need to believe!

And the Mind allows that NEED to become Focused on Inanimate Objects!

You don't have see the face of Jesus in Food!

Just take a Look at His father's Creation!

Who needs anything More!?
Reply:Friend there is not a person alive today who has seen the actual face of Jesus..... if you look at the images they claim are Christ..... they all look like the European drawings and paintings which were speculative in their own creation. Those paintings of Jesus with the long hair and unkept beard.... with the blonde flowing hair and blue eyes...... sorry he looked nothing like that... due to the race he was born into he couldnt have.... the Bible itself tells us that he has hair like lambs wool and olive skin...... they see what they want to see where they want to see it because it gives them comfort and peace.
Reply:so then they can make lots of money off of ebay.

i triied an expierment with a cookie cutter and made a star.

i was going to sell it on ebay and say it is a star of jesus but that would be lying.

so they are most likely making the picture.
Reply:During these times people are wilful and hopeful, subconsciously looking to the skies in the hope that there will be a physical second coming of Jesus. They will look for signs and symbols that may be a message....anything to give us hope that this world is going to change for the betterment of mankind.

Bated Breathe is being held....what if....?

It is nice to know that there are people on earth who do still look up...it shows that Faith has survived these times during our own sufferings and never will never die.

Religions may argue eachother, who is right, who is wrong..who's heirachy is the dominating one. It is kindergarten play, same thing in church politics and federal or state politics. People who walk in the light of truth, their truth - the way of Faith and Pure Love will survive the fear being spread via terror and games.

Meanwhile above the noise and chaos they create we still look and ponder...ever hoping...

It shows one never gives up on one whom said he would never leave us.....and that he hasn't.

As the realms of our Universe come together as one, we will feel more inclined to look up as when we do we feel inspired....

Looking for love in the many strange places, like the weeties packet means we simply leave no stone unturned in the search for answers....lol

Reply:I don't know about the fried eggs part. The pictures, or should I say drawings, we have of Jesus are only artists renderings. No one really knows what He actually looked like when He was on earth-in human form. The stars/universe... I think they may be referring to the hand of God creating such things. A person can (in effect) see God in much of nature, life, etc.
Reply:I think it's kind of nutty actually - we don't have a photograph of him to really know what he looks like. There's nothing magical about him showing up as a face in anything - it's a bunch of phoney baloney and superstition. It's like people who pray to dead saints and wear charms around their necks to show how committed they are to dead saints and hoping for protection. If Jesus wanted to communicate with you - it wouldn't be by showing you an image of His face somewhere - the real Jesus goes after the heart. Also, if you have Jesus to go to and He rose from the dead - why would you bother expressing your devotion to saints and angels and all that - when you've got the real thing - a relationship with God through Jesus?
Reply:Because people will see anything they want to believe. I mean, the whole Mary thing that people keep saying they see every year is an example. I mean thousands of people swear by it that they see her face, yet how could that be if no one knows what she looked like other than the supposed depiction that the catholic church made. Plus, I can bet you that Jesus looks nothing like what people envision him to look like, he was middle-eastern, dark skinned, not light-skinned with blue eyes like every church in America seems to think.
Reply:Jesus says " the just shall live by faith" He describes faith as the wind .... you can't see it, you can feel it and see its effect. People are not seeing Jesus' face any where, If they truly know the Lord they just need to seek Him inwardly
Reply:I was told that god works in funky ways and drugs....lots of them
Reply:Matrixing. We see faces in alot of things because "2 eyes and a mouth" are the most recognisable things to us. So when we see something that resembles 2 eyes and a mouth, we think it's a face. Then those bible people assume it's Jesus because it looks like he has long hair. *rolls his eyes*
